Feuchte Fliesmaske auf das komplette Gesicht legen und mit einem Schwämmchen andrücken. Sollte 15-30 Minuten einwirken. Augen, Nase und Mund sind ausgespart. Idealerweise mit Haushaltsfolie oder warmer Kompresse abdecken.
